About me, your wine curator.
My father got me interested in wine. He introduced me to the wines of the world. He built his wine cellar himself, long before anyone in my town thought of the care of wine. We always had wine at home and as I traveled on assignment as editor of SAILING Magazine, I discovered many facets of wines around the world, and particularly French wines. Fifteen years ago, after years as a project manager in a range of industries, I founded my wine importing company, Micca LLC, and began scouring France for wines for my portfolio. I import my wines directly from the vineyards, to my warehouse in rural Wisconsin, and indeed, to your glass. Now, as always, the search for exquisite wines goes on, for wines that are truly the stuff of beautiful living. It's possible, just say, 'Bonjour Micca'.

I showcase a thoughtfully curated selection of red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines sourced from the wines of amazing 'vignerons' producing incredible wines. I am based in Madison. I cater to stores and restaurants across Southeastern Wisconsin, where I dedicate myself to telling the stories of these amazing wines and introducing them to lovers of good wine. I like to find affordable options in the vast French market. At the end, my mission is to bring the heart of beautiful wine from France to the everyday joys of life.
